What to expect when Visiting us to protect you: 

  • Our Facilities Team are diligent about our disinfecting routine with special focus on all of our customer lounges, restrooms, door handles (interior and exterior), and desks.
  • Our Team has the benefit of paid sick days to ensure our team feels comfortable staying home when they are not feeling well, and is encouraged to do so.
  • Our Team is not greeting you with a hand-shake as hard as that may be for us, but please be assured we are still excited to see you!
  • Our Human Resources department is actively communicating and educating our employees on the CDC precautionary steps.
  • All cars based on client interactions will be expertly attended to and sanitized following demo drives, and service work

 Safe options you have in Purchasing your car: 

  • You can complete your selection and purchasing options by contacting us via phone, email or text. 
  • Our team is committed to prompt responses and communication via text, email, and use of other web based business applications allowing you to have personal interaction with your Porsche South Orlando Team and visibility of your favorite Porsche if more comfortable communicating virtually.
  • Our Team is here to serve you. If you would prefer a specific vehicle presentation in a more comfortable setting, we are happy to bring the car to you.
  • As always, we have the ability to deliver your newly purchased car to you-no matter where you are.

 Safe options you have in Servicing your car

  • You can schedule an appointment by contacting our Service Department via phone or email. 
  • If within a 50 mile radius of the store, we will pick up and deliver your vehicle back to you adhering to the cleaning provisions above during this time.
  • Throughout the service process, all forms of communication and payment can happen via phone, text, email and online.
  • If you’d prefer to visit us and wait for your car, we’d love to see you!  Please know we are doing our very best to keep our facilities safe for you to enjoy.
